ELABORATION ON GPC’S CAPABILITIES IN THE E&I FIELDS

IMCC Electrical Instrumentation and Maintenance Department provide the corporation with all the necessary equipment and technical skills required to enable us in providing our Clients with a first class E&I service. These services encompass, handling of all the organizations product lines Electrical and Instrumentation work scopes. This includes Completion works, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities through to Operational Testing and Hand-over to Clients.

E&I have a fully equipped modern laboratory for calibration of instruments, measuring and testing equipment. All calibrations are recorded and controlled in accordance with our internal quality management’s systems ISO 9001:2000 requirements, and other international norms and standards or as per clients recommendations.

IMCC E&I manage all project PWHT requirements, our facilities include a permanent furnace in our GSME yard fully equipped with modern machines, programs, and recorders. The furnace is extendible to accommodate large or small structures such as pressure vessels etc.

In addition we have the ability to conduct in-situ PWHT with a multitude of portable equipment.
