Sead Hodzic, a Bosnian national, joined IMCC Investment L.L.C. as Vice President of Yard Operations in 2018. He brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years’, with more than 20 of those spent in the oil and gas industry.
Mr Hodzic started his career as an Assistant Construction Manager for Hidromontaza in 1980. He worked his way up to Construction Manager spending a total of 12 years with the company. Mr Hodzic then worked for Petroleum Technology Enterprise W.L.L. as a Project Manager for five years, before joining Gulf Piping Company (GPC), a subsidiary of IMCC, in 1997. He spent a large part of his career working as a Senior Project Manager with GPC, where he was integral in successfully delivering the company’s offshore projects for 15 years.
Before joining IMCC Investment L.L.C, Mr Hodzic worked for Eversendai as the Operations Director and from 2012 to 2017 he worked for UAE based fabricator Lamprell as a Projects Manager on some of the company’s most prominent oil and gas projects, including the 11,000 tonne Nexen Golden Eagle project which gained a Guinness World Record.
Mr Hodzic graduated from the University of Hull and has an MBA.
